I have been holding a pencil and drawing ever since I can remember. I also have old memories (and photos! haha) of loving to do my friends’ makeup as a little girl. I have have always been intrigued by cosmetic artistry. Art, creativity, and aesthetics, has always been an important part of my life.

After working in the tattoo industry as a professional piercer and tattoo shop manager for much of the past 10 years, I established Ink Aesthetics Hawaii during the late Summer, early Fall of 2020. Owning my own little studio has long been a dream of mine, and amidst the chaotic year, I decided to push toward that dream. 

Gaining at least a little bit of peace of mind and having control of something in my life when we didn’t have control over much of the craziness that has happened during 2020 became more important to me than I realized. Being able to focus on building my own little studio and business has really helped me out with much of the anxiety I have had from this year, while effectively accomplishing one of my life goals.
